Welcome to International Leadership Training (ILT).
ILT exists to “glorify God by multiplying healthy churches among all people” beginning with Slavic peoples and expanding the ministry as the Lord leads. We currently accomplish this goal by equipping immigrant lay leaders and pastors for Christian ministry in the U.S. and throughout the world.
2011 Fall Leadership Training Conference – October 24-28

ILT will host our second leadership training conference the week of October 24 at First Evangelical Free Church of St Louis County. This free conference runs through Friday, the 28th with a banquet on Saturday evening for those who can stay for it. Contact us at ilt.cefc@gmail.com for more information or to register.
2011 Spring Leadership Training Conference – April 4-8
Servant Leadership, Discipleship and Team Building
ILT hosted a leadership training conference the week of April 4 at First Evangelical Free Church of St Louis. Teachers included Ion Cheptene, Ivan Bychkov, Debbie Walton and Charlie Johnson. They used a variety of teaching techniques from traditional classroom training to experiential learning. Recreational and cultural activities were scheduled throughout the week to provide a wonderful conference experience.
