Welcome to International Leadership Training (ILT).
ILT exists to “glorify God by multiplying healthy churches among all people” beginning with Slavic peoples and expanding the ministry as the Lord leads. We currently accomplish this goal by equipping immigrant lay leaders and pastors for Christian ministry in the U.S. and throughout the world.

Church Planting Movement (CPM)
Our thanks to Woodsedge Community Church in The Woodlands, TX for hosting our winter leadership training conference. Ion Cheptene taught several sessions on the book of Acts from a church planting perspective. Sergei Khripunov and Tim Martin taught sessions on the Church Planting Movement (CPM), defined to be “a rapid multiplication of indigenous churches planting churches that sweeps through a people group or population segment.” Traditional church planting methods are falling short of reaching the lost across the world and the CPM movement offers proven methods of rapid multiplication of churches.
